My Oklahoma-Style Marinade is my grandfather's special recipe, and I'm very happy to offer it. Special ingredients like tamarind and molasses amplify grilled cuts like steaks, chicken and shrimp. Mixing 1/4 cup of this marinade into a pound of ground meat will make a spectacular difference in your burgers. I keep a spray bottle full of this marinade in the door of my refrigerator so I can spray it on anything I'm frying, sautéing or grilling quick and easy.
